| Lulu Pink hairbows from Walmart? Hello, I am new to this forum. My yorkie is 10 months old. We don't dress her up often. We do have 2 sweaters for wintertime, but have never put anything in her hair. I bought a pack of 5 bows from Walmart, Lulu Pink brand... and can't figure out the best way to put them in. Has anyone else used them with success? She loves to be brushed and stays still good to put them in, but I'm not sure I'm putting them in right b/c they won't stay where I put them and I'm scared to put them in too tight. I don't want to pull her hair. They are made with 2 tiny rubberbands under the bows. Just wondering if there was a special trick with them. They had no instructions on how to put them in and can't find anythng online. Thanks |

| Hi and Welcome to YT! I'm not sure which bows you are using... I buy the people hair bows all the time and just futx with them till they look right. With a double band, just use the one band, the other is a backup in case one breaks. I usually get the topknot in with a plain latex band first, then I put the fancy bow over that. Hope that helps...

| I like bows with clips. I like the ones Amy sells with gripzie clips especially! Her website is: Darlin Beauxs~Top Quality Dog Bows for your Pampered Pet Amy is very helpful and will answer any questions you have. However, I generally put the top knot in first with a little latex band (I get mine from the dollar store or I use the ones Amy has sent with our bows. The dollar store ones are colored!). Then, after I have the top knot in, I loosen it by putting a comb between Rylie's head and the band and pulling up gently (I hold on to her roots so it doesn't pull/hurt her). I make sure that she can blink with no trouble (The first time I put the top knot in too tight and she couldn't close her eyes! ). Then I slip in the bow with the gripzie clip and viola! Beautiful Anyway, I hope this helps some! Good luck! |

| The lady ahead of me explained it well. There is a lady that advertizes on YT - the name of her business is Bow Biz I think. She has a place on her website that shows pictures and a video of how to put a topnot and bow in. It helped me a lot. |
