Yorkie Yakker | This just makes me sick. I would die if that happened to one of my little ones. These small dogs are so very precious and they become family to us. I'm not married and have no children, so THEY are my kids. I'm very protective over them too. I'm so glad she's recovering. And I hope the owner of that viscious dog pays big time! I'm also sorry to hear about Stanley. It just breaks my heart. And it's always great to have people to talk to on sites like these. It's comforting.....well, it is for me. :O) Try to have a blessed day. |

| I am so sorry for everyone who has lost a baby or had one mauled by another dog. I don't walk my pups in my neighborhood anymore either because of so many big dogs running loose. I have even had a few incidents at the park too. It is such a shame that people let their dogs run loose like that. Little Twiggy is adorable and what a fighting spirit that little one has!

| These little ones are so vulnerable I take my babies for a walk here where I live also. Some of the parks have big dogs and some owners let them run without leashes even though it says to keep your dogs on a leash!!!! I don't know what you can do about it!! Twiggy is such a brave, brave little Yorkie. If I am walking & see a big dog coming I pick my two yorkies up. I know this might not be enough, but mine are so small and I would protect them with my life.

| I'm very sorry about Twiggy and Stanley. It's good to know that Twiggy found the strength to move on and it's a lesson of courage for the rest of us. |

| Oh my gosh the brave little baby! D: I can't even bare the thought of how much the little sweet heart went through! I am so fed up with other big dogs attacking innocent little dogs just to taste the blood in their jaws. What kind of owner allows their dog to turn into such a monster?

| There should be a law in cities and towns that all dogs have to be on leash! I am so sick and tired of little innocent dogs the size of yorkies being hurt by Pit Bulls, etc. I took mine for a walk yesterday and I heard this dog on the other side of the fence - if he had been free we would have been torn to pieces. It should be safe to take your dog for a walk around the corner, but not any more.
