I am so sorry for everyone who has lost a baby or had one mauled by another dog. I don't walk my pups in my neighborhood anymore either because of so many big dogs running loose. I have even had a few incidents at the park too. It is such a shame that people let their dogs run loose like that. Little Twiggy is adorable and what a fighting spirit that little one has!
