| Oily Hair suddenly? I have been feeding my Scrappy 'Nutro' lamb and rice formula. Well I ran out and just couldn't make it all the way to petsmart to pick up another bag, so I ran to Publix and bought some cheap junky dogfood to make do for a day or two. Well, bad idea, he and my Poodle LOVED the bad yuckie for them dog food. So I gave in and let them finish the bag, it took about 2weeks. By then I'd purchased another bag of the 'Nutro' dogfood at Petsmart. The good thing, switching dogfood didn't upset their tummies at all. The bad part... my Poodle is soooo flakey (his coat is black too! very noticable) and my Yorkie is soooo oily haired now. I'm giving him a bath like every 3 or 4 days cause he looks like a grease ball. I'ts been about a good full 7-days since he's been back on Nutro but forgoodness sake how long will it last? Anyone had this problem? Lesson Learned...keep an extra bag on hand of the good stuff!

| I didn't realize this at the time but Zoe had ALOT of dandruff when he was on merrick. Now that he's on Innova, he has no problems. The top of his head is ALWAYS oily though because too many people pet him I guess the hand oil stays. Thats what we get for having such cute babies!!

| Good to know I wasn't going crazy with the oily hair. I supose it was the junk in the junky dog food that caused it. Now I just I just have to wait it out till his hair returns to normal.
