| Canine Caviar = 6 Months Later This Is A Review of CANINE CAVIAR, almost 6-months later. Riley had environmental allergies and always seemed to have skin issues no matter what he was eating. He had an allergic reaction to the Grains in the Salman A La Veg and Chicken A La Veg FROMM formulas. So I switched him back to Acana, which he had eaten before and always done well on. Well, Acana changed their formula and he broke out really bag and his skin was real dry... the vet suggested giving him fish oils. I was giving him Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Pet. It still wasn't helping all that much. He would get little dark round dry spots and some red on my tummy area. He Always got these spots on Acana, but I chalked it up to his environmental allergies....?! I switched him to Canine Caviar and haven't had Any Issues Whatsoever ever since. Here is a "Before" a photo just "7-days later" and a photo about "5-months later". You can see that he is now completely 100% Clear and has been after eating it for about 4-weeks. He also literally shrieks and does circles at meal time, which makes me Very Very Happy!! When Riley went for his yearly check-up, after he had only been eating Canine Caviar for 2 months, his Vet was Amazed at how great he looked and how well he was doing!! These "White Pages" 28-pages of Info. will tell pretty much everything you need to know about the Company. http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&frm=1&source=web&cd=1&ved =0CD4QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tradekey.com%2Fbro chure%2F60996-3841061-4%2F.pdf&ei=AK7-UNbbLuT00QGlsIDAAQ&usg=AFQjCNEI7lTZGL5710E7TWYt31y 2En466Q&sig2=ATACPm84rc2Kpj_-erl7Fw |

| Where To Buy Canine Caviar!! I started Riley on the Wild Ocean for 3-months… he then ate a 1lb bag of the Wilderness; he has been eating Open Sky for the past 3-months. I just bought a 4.4lb bag of Wilderness and will start him eating that for the next 3-months. Canine Caviar is normally sold at the smaller boutique type shops. There is a place here in the City that sells it and a few places out in Virginia near me that sell it. If you have any small pet shops you could even call them and ask if they can order it for you. The place in Virginia doesn't carry it in their store, but they can order me whatever I want through one of Canine Caviar's reps. You can check their website, where they have a Store Locator... but sometimes the stores that carry it don't register with it, which is why it is best to call the store. Or you could give their 1-800 number a call and they can tell you if there are shops near you. A friend of mine who is in Riverside, CA called the number and they even sent her a FREE 4.4lb. Bag of Open Sky!! http://mycaninecaviar.com/locator/ 1-800-392-7898 - I believe they are on California time. PST The first bag I ordered off of Dog and Cat Food, Treats, and Supplies | Free Shipping at Chewy.com I ordered on a Sunday and it was at my door on a Tuesday. I think they only sell the Big 12lb bags through. I have seen it sold in smaller bags on Dog Food | Cat Food | FREE Shipping over $49! I have never ordered from them but I know some people who have. If I could not get it though I would Definitely be ordering online. That is how Great I think the food is. They also have a FaceBook Page you could contact them from!! There are a lot of recommendations/testimonials on their FaceBook Page. They have been revamping their website so I'm not sure if they have their testimonials up on it, yet. I may submit Rileys tummy pictures and see if they want to use them!! |

| Peanut was in bad shape. After Vet visits and pills daily, nothing was helping him. His tummy had hot spots ( the pics are on my old phone, I’m going to try to get them later today) he had chewed all the hair off his leg, his ears were red, he was itchy 100% of the day, his eyes were water fountains. He was miserable. All this started after buying a new bag of Acana. I then tried a couple other foods, and had the same results. He wasn't getting better he was getting worse. Then Theresa told me how well Riley was doing on CC, she told me a couple times to try it, but I just felt defeated. Finally after a couple months of seeing how well Riley was improving, I said why not. He can’t get any worse. Peanut has been on CC “Open Sky” for about 4 months. He is a new and improved dog. No more itches, no more red ears, no more hot spots, his leg hair has grown back, beyond looking healthy he seems healthy. His coat is shiny, his eyes are clear. He doesn't itch at all. I know Peanut has some seasonal allergies, and I know that was combined in what was going on, however it seems the food helped him while we were still going through the seasonal allergies. The picture is from a day ago- His skin has never looked so good- He also had really dry skin, esp on his tummy. As you can see his skin looks great! Peanut also adores the food- he has never been much of an eater- it would take him about 2 days to eat ¼ cup of Acana. Peanut now licks his bowl clean, he loves the food- Which makes me happy! I’m not telling anyone to try it- I am not trying to push it on anyone. We are adults and can make our own choice on what to try on our animals.

| My order arrived about a half hour ago I gave them a little snack from the bag and they loved it so we'll see how it goes from here. Does anyone feed the canned variety? I currently feed Nature's Variety canned venison because Megan has so much trouble with dry food, so I ordered a case of the CC canned venison to go along with their dry. I'll give them some of the canned tomorrow morning...I don't like to try new foods in the evening...just in case Last edited by my2boyz; 01-22-2013 at 11:37 AM. |

I have fed the Beaver and Duck, so far. I called and they said the cans should be good for about 4-days after opened. I just wanted to mix a teeny bit in with Riley's food every once in a while, as a treat... so what I did was I got a few snack baggies and divided the can into about 4 snack baggies and then put them in a large freezer bag and froze them. Every once in a while I would get one out and put it in the fridge. HE GOES NUTS when I mix a teeny bit in with his kibble. I haven't opened the Turkey yet. They sell the single cans where I get his kibble. I definitely plan to get more!! | |

| Boy, this is really good information to know. Tibbe has only had itching once in his life and that was last year when he had to be on Royal Canin G/I due to a GI problem and for the first time in his life he was scratching a lot within a few hours of starting on it. But he was on some meds at the time that could have caused the itching, too, so I kept him on it in spite of the constant scratching for another day until the vet wanted him on the Hill I/D GI so we changed to that. His itching went away within a day though he was still on the same meds and never came back until I ran out of the Hill's I/D GI and fed him a meal of the RC GI. Within an hour he was scratching so much again. Got to the pet store, got the Hill's again and he soon stopped itching after resuming Hill's. So he's allergic to that particular kind of RC products, I guess, though he was on meds, too, each time he ate it. I don't know if some types of food mixed with certain medications can cause that food to cause itching but imagine it might. There has been a striking change in your babies show here with those pictures as evidence that apparently bad itching is all from the food in so many cases! Thanks.
