| Cody isn't eating. . . My little 7mth old Yorkie/Poodle mix Cody hasn't eaten his last two meals. He the last time he ate was 6:30 am yesterday morning. He didn't eat his 6:00 pm meal yesterday or his 6:30 am meal today. Is there something I should be worried about? If so we will get him to the vet's ASAP. - Cody & Danielle |

| What other symptoms does he have? Is he going potty, drinking water, is he lethargic? How much does he weigh? Have you tried adding something in he likes, will he take any food at all, treats or anything? I would suggest at least calling the vet, I'm always on the side of caution. Please keep us posted!

And he will take treats from my hand which is the thing, he just isn't eating. I'll tell my mother to call the vet as soon as we get home. Thank you! | |

| Magnus did that couple months ago. Everything was fine with him other than that he didn't want to eat his food. Making long story short, I ended up changing his food to something else and that seemed to have solved the issue. I think as long as your pup doesn't show any signs of being sick (such as vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, etc) and acts "normal", he should be okay. Of course, if you have any doubts or just don't feel comfortable waiting, you should call the vet. Hope he's back to his normal self soon! |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | If it's really got you worried, call your vet. It will give you peace of mind! I had this happen with Missy and I called the Vet. He told me that if she is still eating treats, and she'll eat cheese or favorite foods, it was most likely her trying to con me into giving her what she wanted. I did what Mangus did. I went to the pet food store, got as whole bunch of samples of great foods and tried them all! We ended up going with the Stella & Chewies and she's been eating fine since. Hope this helps! I know it's so stressful when these tiny babies don't want to eat! They loss weight so fast!

| What kind of dog food do you feed him? They sometimes go through a picky stage. try mixing some good quality wet food in with his kibble and see if he will eat that.
