Have you tried adding something in he likes, will he take any food at all, treats or anything?
I would suggest at least calling the vet, I'm always on the side of caution.

Yep, he is using the bathroom (peeing anyways) and he has drank water. He weighs about 8lbs now.

And he will take treats from my hand which is the thing, he just isn't eating. I'll tell my mother to call the vet as soon as we get home.
