| Apple Cider Vinegar Got Rid of My Yorkie's Eye Gunk I've been putting ACV in my yorkies bowl of water and i noticed that they hardly have any eye gunk. They used to have such bad eye gunk, but since I've been giving them ACV, it's like it went away. Anyone else have this experience?

| I have not tried it, but want to do something for mine. What is the ratio of vinegar to water?

| I'd like to try this... all three of my babies have been getting some eye gunk. I just googled about it and it looks to be really healthy for dogs to have.

I would have to clean my yorkie's eyes every single day because he would build up so much eye gunk. Since he's been drinking ACV with his water, I haven't see any eye gunk.

| Hmm, I will have to try this. Chester has eye boogers and I get really grossed out having to clean them.

| I picked some up while I was at the grocery store today. Came home and put 1/2 tsp in over a cup of water. Neither of my dogs will go anywhere near it!! And we just got home from them running around at the puppy park, so I know they have to be thirsty.

| Maybe try less ACV to begin with...like 1/4 tsp in 2 cups of water. I tried 1/2 tsp per cup and it seemed a bit too strong. lol When (or if) they adjust to it, you can up it until you get to 1/2 tsp per cup....That's what I did...just a suggestion. |

My little Shadow Donating YT Member | Don't give up! I tried it in the past & Bella would smell it & have nothing to do with it. After reading this post today.....I gave it another shot & thank goodness, she finally gave in. She was hesitant at first. It also might have helped that I'm babysitting my daughter's furbaby and she seemed to follow his move. YAY!
