| Teething.. is this normal?? Hi all, Maxi has been teething really bad and I feel so bad that I cant do anything for him. I give him all sorts of teething rings and chilly bones and he doesnt want any of them. Sometimes he is in so much pain that he lays on the floor and cries for a few minutes.. is that normal? He is being totally mushy too, when he is usually so active and playful. He has been having really loose stool too, almost liquidy. Is that normal when they are teething? I cant think of what else it could be because I am feeding him the same thing as always only I have been adding hte bonemeal, but not sure if that would make him have loose stool? Thanks!

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Hmmm...they can have digestive issues when teething, but I think I'd take your little fella in - just to make sure he doesn't have an infection or something, bc it does sound really painful. Some vets will recommend you use some of numbing products used for human babies - but your vet may have something else too. GOOD luck w/ him - it's so hard to see them in pain.
