Yorkie Yakker | Wet Face My little Maxs' face is always wet. I took him to get checked and the vet told me that I should massage Maxs' tear ducts and maybe eventually he will have a dry face. I've been giving him massages for a little while now, but I still haven't seen a difference. Does anyone else have a problem with this? Is he going to grow out of it? http://thumbp4.mail.mud.yahoo.com/tn...=319&fid=Inbox http://thumbp4.mail.mud.yahoo.com/tn...=319&fid=Inbox It's not that bad in these pictures, but sometimes his face looks really wet. He's 6 months old

| Wow, I've never heard of this. His whole face is wet, or just around his eyes and on the bridge of his nose? Our crew has the drainage from the eyes and they get "eye boogers" but we just wash their faces every day and it keeps them under control. I sure hope someone can help you with this.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Roxie has a wet face a lot. I think its because she always has so much goop in her eyes and then her hair gets mixed in. I am always redoing her head hair to keep the hair out of her eyes.

| This is probably a really stupid question .... are you positive that all the wet is coming from the eyes? The reason I ask, when our Toto was that age and her little face became soaked all the way down to her little chest, we were pretty sure she was sick. After rushing her to the vet, we found out that she was teething! She drooled so badly she needed a bib. Of course, our vet got a huge laugh because we didn't know! Hope your baby will be OK.

| I did notice when Mahina was teething really bad (she lost 4-6 teeth in two days) she was sleeping more and had really mushy poop. It only lasted a day though, but I'm pretty sure that's what it was from. My poor baby was not feeling good at all, she wouldn't even play. All she did was sleep, eat a little bit, chew on her bully stick and frozen toy. But a day or two later she was fine.

| Dudley doo.. His poo is normal AGAIN!!! 4 doses of good ol Kaeopactate in 24 hrs and we have firm poo!! Now his 2 front teeth are lose and have been since Monday, i can see his poor little gums up there are red, looks tender. He's rubbing his nose in the carpet, sofa and everywhere else...I gave a frozen carrot last night, he didn't like the carrot. I placed a frozen cloth in his cage on my way to work, not sure how that worked for him ...

| So happy to hear your little one is feeling better! I was amazed at the similarities to human babies while Toto was teething. We just kept her comfy all the time, gave her soft food and made sure she had chewy things that would feel soothing for her little gums! Please give baby Max hugs for Toto and me.
