| Please send a few prayers towards Tennessee Please be praying for our little family. We have a bit of a concern going on... DH had a unusually large amount of blood in his stool this morning. I know this is gross and vivid and I am sorry for that. Josh had Colon Cancer when he was 16 and this is how it originally started to become apparent that something was wrong. There was no pain when he went to the bathroom or anything that would have caused blood yet there was a full bowl of blood. He just started a new job and is still in the 90 day period of not having insurance so I am not sure what we are going to do as of right now. My mother is a social worker and was very negative about there being any help for a situation like this... obviously discouraged and extremely worried. Please just keep us on your mind that we can get him checked out and that its nothing serious. Hope everyone is doing well.

YT 2000 Club Member | I would look for a low cost clinic and at least get checked out. This is not normal and I will pray that it will get resolved. Any blood loss can cause problems and I would difinitely go see a dr. |

| oh i feel for you. i understand that transition period with no insurance all to well. i hope you find a resource if not just do monthly payments as best you can because being seen is way more important to ensure there is nothing serious going on. i will keep my fingers crossed it is stress..prayers to you both.

| Prayers up! My mom had a similar episode, and it did turn out to be something minor, although with all the blood it looked very serious. When it happened, she had to have a colonoscopy, and they found nothing. The gastroenterologist said that she had some diverticula (little pockets in the large intestine wall that are common as we get older), and one was probably very close to a blood vessel and the blood vessel broke. When this happens, man is it bloody but it will heal spontaneously without any intervention. I hope this is what is going on with your dh.
