| Admin., Problem Getting Pictures, etc. This question is mainly for the administration. I would appreciate any help, please. I have only been on YorkieTalk for about a month and having a great time. My problem is yesterday, we switched from dial-up to cable on our computer. Now I am having problems viewing most of the avators, pictures, backgrounds, etc., etc. I have tried different things, but cannot figure this out. Do you have any suggestions on how I could fix this? Thanks for your help and I hope I put this thread in the correct place! |

Administrator | Yes, you did post in the right place. We hope we can help you. It sounds like a browser issue. You can try the below fix if you have Internet Explorer, or you may want to try another browser. First, log out of YorkieTalk. Then try to clear your Internet cookies and then sign in again, as the problem appears to be related with your browser. Please make sure cookies are enabled on your Internet browser settings. https://helpdesk.jetnet.aa.com/knowb.../aa_bb9167.htm We suggest members do NOT use the AOL Browser to access YorkieTalk. Internet Explorer works much better with our site. Or you may try another Internet browser, such as Firefox (Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable) or Opera (Opera browser: Home page), both which are free. |

| There are ads at the top and bottom of each photo pop up page. Did you scroll down some? If that's not it, IDK. I wouldn't survive a day without yorkie photos!!

Administrator | Attachments should still appear as normal, with ads on top and below the attachment. Does this happen on all attachments? We would suggest you clear your cookies, log out, and try logging back in, as well as clearing your Internet cache and possibly restarting your computer before trying again... |
