Taffy did this once when she was about 1 yr old. I took a sample of her poo with the blood to my vet. He gave her a antibotic shot and told me not to give her to much human food anymore. It cleared upped the next day. Good luck and Taffy , Baby and I will be praying for little ones.

Don't worry the same thing happened to my baby. The vet ran tests on him and he said that his stomach was irritated because we've been feeding him people food. They sent us home with some meds and he was fine within a few days.

It could be just an upset stomach, infection or a parasite. I'm sure he will be fine until morning. Let us know what you find out at the vets.

I don't like feeding my dogs from the table, but some foods are okay Some human foods are not good for dogs, even cooked meat - dogs can't digest cooked fat - and vegetables are bad with the added salt, pepper and butter. The blood definitely could be from the fat in the ribs. The vet's usually advise to put them on a food fast and then feed boiled white chicken, no skin and cooked white rice. Don't know if I totally believe in a food fast if they are small, but maybe a short one under a vet's supervision.
