in my opinion, canned is better than kibble. It still has water content which means it has gone through one less step of processing. Many brands have STELLAR canned food, with whole ingredients in them. Keep in mind you will need to brush their teeth more and they will probably drink less water.

Kibble because of the benefit to the teeth. I use both tho. I give a little wet for a treat.

Canned, because I think it has more nutritional value in it. Like someone said you need to watch the teeth cleaning closer but I know feeding Welliness has been a blessing to Mandy. She had allergies and now we have no more shots, benedryl etc. It is wonderful. I do keep kibble out for them to snack on.

The food I feed my dogs is soft like canned, but I give them nice beef femur bones to chew on plus I brush their teeth almost every night.

| canned brand: Wysong Just feel that with the water content and less processing canned has to be better for them. Since we switched to only canned food the allergies got better.
