| Testing photo upload. The ribbon/origami was trying to get a large depth of field. The watch movement was for a close detailed macro. Need more light on flowers.

| Oh man, these pictures are amazing. Educate me.....what kind of camera do I need to take ones like these. I'm a novice so explain what items I will need to buy. LOL. I just have a regular camera....couple hundred Canon. But I so want to move into something that will get me a result like these.

| I don't post much, but I'm very interested in photography and I want to learn...I have a Nikon D90, but I wish I knew what I was doing! Here are two close ups of my furbutts...Ninja's the Yorkie and Scarlet is the Border Collie.

I sure haven't, but I will now! I have really just been playing around with all the buttons and hope for the best when I take a picture!! It's just so intimidating since I am use to a little point and shoot camera...not one with soooo many buttons. BTW...here's another close-up of Ninja!

My best advice is to make sure Your focus points are on There eye's Since that's the main thing you want in focus. Nikon d60 has 3 focus point's i always change it to the one over there eyes. | |
