I express my frustration in choosing between the two lens here. http://http://digital-photography-sc...-vs-105mm.html I'm glad you posted this topic. I'll be adding photos as soon as I figure out how to upload photos without loosing image quality. |
4 Attachment(s) Testing photo upload. The ribbon/origami was trying to get a large depth of field. The watch movement was for a close detailed macro. Need more light on flowers. |
Oh man, these pictures are amazing. Educate me.....what kind of camera do I need to take ones like these. I'm a novice so explain what items I will need to buy. LOL. I just have a regular camera....couple hundred Canon. But I so want to move into something that will get me a result like these. :) |

I sure haven't, but I will now! I have really just been playing around with all the buttons and hope for the best when I take a picture!! ;) It's just so intimidating since I am use to a little point and shoot camera...not one with soooo many buttons. :thumbs up BTW...here's another close-up of Ninja! |

My best advice is to make sure Your focus points are on There eye's Since that's the main thing you want in focus. Nikon d60 has 3 focus point's i always change it to the one over there eyes. |
