| Fried Zucchini is really good!! Just bread it and deep fry it (thats what we like to do in the south lol)!! Or you could throw it in some stir fry with some soy sauce and other vegetables

| I usually agree with most everything Lisa says food wise, but I don't like veggie noodles. Not the same for me bc the chew is not there.

| I don't cook them. Well I par boil for about 30 seconds to heat through. I can tell they aren't pasta I suppose- but not enough to care all of the flavor comes from what ever sauce I'm choosing. Usually an arugula pesto with chicken.

| I agree to spiralize the zucchini. I love the new spiralizer from www.inspiralized.com I had another spiralizer and this one works much better.

| If you toss a little(less than one teaspoon) sugar on your zuchini before you saute it -it tastes like it was just picked! (salt n pepper to taste) |

| Hmmmm, did you ever try those shirataki yam noodles I told you about. Much less work. Same bland taste. Almost no calorie. I didn't care for those either.
