Donating YT 7000 Club Member | What's wrong with his tail? I don't know what's going on with Rusty, but he can't (won't?) put his tail up. He's wagging the tip of it, but he won't lift it up. He doesn't seem to be in any pain - he's not touching it at all, he's moving it a little, and he's not crying or anything. It's just down. He does it every time he gets a bath if you don't dry his tail well enough, but he hasn't had a bath so I don't know what's wrong with him.

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | thanks for the suggestions guys. He still has it down today, but it's up a little higher. He was running around in the backyard last night and everything. so I really don't think it's bothering him. Though it could be and he's just not showing it....He got hit by a car about 4 or 5 years ago, on his tail, and sometimes when the weather starts getting colder he puts it down. So maybe that's all it is? hm.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Glad he seems better. Very possible the old injury is bothering him or he hit it against the wall.

| Did you go swimming with him, or did you do something he like very much like playing with a ball or something like that? Of course it could be from the old insurance but it could also be that he did more than his muscles could do at this area of the tail and then it is as if we would run a marathon although we didnīt train for it, do I think it hurting him after a great activity and because of this he doesnīt put it up.
