I don't know what's going on with Rusty, but he can't (won't?) put his tail up. He's wagging the tip of it, but he won't lift it up. He doesn't seem to be in any pain - he's not touching it at all, he's moving it a little, and he's not crying or anything. It's just down. He does it every time he gets a bath if you don't dry his tail well enough, but he hasn't had a bath so I don't know what's wrong with him.
