| This is random... So I've finally found another apartment and I've decided to get it. My first apartment included electricity, but this new one doesnt. This will be my first apartment that includes bills. Lol. I know this sounds a little stupid, but how exactly do I go about getting electricity? I talked to my mother about it, but she lives in Alabama so I'm pretty sure the electricity stuff is a bit different in Chicago. I talked to my friends parents and they first established electricity like 20 years ago so they were no help. |

| You usually have to go down to the electric company and set it up and pay a deposit if you have never had it in your own name before. Or you can call them and use a cc to pay the deposit (I think). Why not ask your landlord? |
