So I've finally found another apartment and I've decided to get it. My first apartment included electricity, but this new one doesnt. This will be my first apartment that includes bills. Lol. I know this sounds a little stupid, but how exactly do I go about getting electricity? I talked to my mother about it, but she
lives in Alabama so I'm pretty sure the electricity stuff is a bit different in Chicago. I talked to my friends parents and they first established electricity like 20 years ago so they were no help.
