| Prayers Please!!! my fave HS teacher pasted away this thur, from a heart attack at the age of 54. He was at pizza hut getting pizza for the bible study they have ever thur at lunch (they have had this every yr scent ROTC started in 98) and he had a really bad heat attack and died. Sgt. Marquez touched my heart and many other students in central texas ( mainly Temple High School). He always had a smile on his face and was willing to help you out any way he could. He will truly be missed I would just like y'all to keep his family in your thoughts and prayers. He has a young son in HS and one in the Air force. So tonight will you please add him to your prayer list and keep his family and friends in your thoughts. I know there having a tuff time, as well as all his students and his former students.... Thanks you, Olivia Bunny and Bella |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | How sad. That's my age as well. Way too young to die. My brother in law passed away last week from heart attack at 57. I will keep his family and friends in my prayers.

| I am so very sorry to hear of another good man leaving this world so very young. He is leaving not only a blood family, but an extended family of young men and women who will carry the legacy of his skill and experience with them for the rest of their lives. ROTC instructors are unsung heros. Will keep his family in my prayers. |

| THANKS every one for the good thoughts and prayers... I was planing on going home, so I could go to his funeral but his wife has desited to do a family only funeral and wont release to any one ,out side the family, where it is.. Which I think is a little s**tty and a little tacky scent he has soo many students that wanted to go as well as his former students and coworkers (that he has been working with for 8 hrs at Temple High)... It just makes me a little upset that she is not letting anyone say there last good byes... besides his family |

| I'm sorry for your loss - sending prayers to you, all his students, faculty, and family. And on the private funeral, maybe she will have a public memorial for him at a later date. I realize how you feel by her wanting family only, and I don't mean anything by this but, his death was sudden for everyone, especially his family. And maybe this is something they had discussed before and she's honoring his wishes. My heart does go out to you and all the students who would like to say their goodbyes but don't give up on the fact she may be working with the school to hold a public memorial there at a later date. Again, sending prayers out to all affected by the loss of this wonderful man.
