| Drug Bust Across Street For those of you who read my posts about the house of drugs across the street - well, there's a drug bust happening right now. 2 fire trucks, an ambulance, 9 or 10 cop cars, DEA Agents, oops, here comes more cops. Gotta go, stuff is happening. BRB

| Maybe all the flashing lights will scare off those bats that have you running for your life!!! Maybe they will bust the "got some flour" girl too! I live kinda close about a mile down from what we call the quarters and a couple times I've woke up at three in the a.m. and caught cars in my driveway that looked like a crack deal going down...my hubby went out there with a double aught and a military 9mm and told them to get the f out of his yard or he was gonna bust a cap in their a$$ plus he let Pudge loose ...scared the crap out of me to hear him holler and Pudge went ballistic barking and growling...they peeled rubber and haven't been back. He came in and was po'd big-time his face was all red and he had a big vein pounding in the middle of his forehead-so I had to give him a backrub and make him feel better...we live in the boonies so we gots to take care of it ourselves sometimes. Hope they clear out the riffraff and the bats too!!!

| What in heaven's name was DEA thinking when they planned to show up for a drug bust 10 minutes before RockStar SuperNova comes on? Well, folks, it was definitely strange. DEA agents walked right in the front door, no knock, just opened up and in they went. Then comes police, firemen(only 3 or 4 have fire suits on), and EMT crew, and other assorted people. The mom was home but none of the kids were. All the activity happens when she is at work. Now, mind you, I live on a narrow one-way street that half the cars have to park in. It's also only 6 or 7 small lots long. Now bring in all those vehicles and it looked like a major blue light special at K-Mart. They were in and out of the house and the basement. They took in something on a dolly, looked like a generator, They also carried in a big metal box. Only 1 fire extinguisher went in. They were here about 35 min. then everyone left. No handcuffs, no miranda's were read, nothing. Now we have to wait for the paper to come out tomorrow. Now, a RotoRuter truck and the landlord were there today for quite awhile. Undercover, maybe? Everyone on the block knows they have a meth lab set up and some of the people have complained. I'll have to get an update tomorrow. What a let down. This county is the Meth Capital of the country according to CNN and Newsweek. Nice place to raise your kids, huh? Update tomorrow.

| RoxyJo'sMom So your bats died up in your attic-bet it stinks see if your landlord could clean it up or something....don't want maggots falling on your head Pudge is my sweetheart-he's full blood pitbull and weighs about 110 pounds at the most.He weighs more than I do! I know everybody is like AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH a pit bull but I tell you he is the gentlest big dog I have ever owned he wouldn't hurt me or my family or my little housedogs. He even likes my cats. My oldest dtr used to have a bunny named Gravy and we would let him out of his rabbit cage and he would hop on Pudge's back and take little bunny naps and all Pudge would do would lick him all over. My chi sweet pea who is the queen of the house rules the house the yard and Pudge-he thinks she is his woman. When she goes outside for her potty break she will go over to Pudge and lick him on the nose and he will lay down and let her chew on his ears and collar. it is funny though because he looks mean as all get out but he's really not. I like to take him on walks with me and since my neighborhood isn't safe down in the quarters he's like my protector....honey people will haul booty quick when they see me walking with him....if they only knew!

| No news. Nothing in the online paper. I was up till 2 and no sign of kids. Mom was there. The upstairs lights never go off at nite. Last nite, the entire house was black. This is too weird. Mom was gone early this am. Wonder if kids knew something was going down and tried to flush things down toilet yesterday and that was why RotoRuter was there so long. I'll keep an eye out. I live 2 houses from the high school and they have open campus, so there should be some activity today if the kids are still in business. It's always possible the kid were picked up somewhere else. But there was a DEA vehicle there and guys in suits were the first ones in the door. Our firemen do not wear black business suits! The sheets with the peek holes are still up around the balcony. There have been some major busts around here lately. It's an all out effort. I didn't have bats in my attic. I did have 2 or 3 in the house one nite, but there have been a bunch of unknown 4 footed creatures living in my ceiling and walls in one downstairs room for the past couple weeks. The smell is gone but I just found another maggot on the wall. Pudge sounds great. My dtr has 2 pit bull mixes and they are just big babies. Yes, they are strong enough to do some major damage but just like any dog, they would have to be provoked. Max can look very scarey sometimes cause his lip sometimes catches on one of his canines and he looks like he is baring his fang. That's right before he licks your face right off your head. Good for you for raising your pit bull the right way. I would love to see that bunny chewing on his ears. What a pic that would make!

| That kind of entertainment I can do without. We live in the country and the nearest neighbor is a little more than 1/4 mile away. I would be afraid all the time if I lived in town. I saw in our town paper that there were shots fired at a police officer and then a house was riddled with bullets. Gang activity. When my son and husband are camping with boy scouts, I'm not afraid now that I have Mr Smith and Mr Wesson staying with me....LOL
