Default Whatcha makin for dinner?

I threw mine in the crock pot about an hour ago..its a new favorite of ours.

Chicken breasts
cut up peeled potatoes
raw carrots
can of cream of mushroom soup (or any cream of soup...)
can of milk
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 TBSP corn starch

mix soup, milk and dry ingredients together, pour over chicken and potatoes, cook on low about 7-8 hours depending on size of chicken

its soooooo yummy!
Will make a salad and rice to go with it, and mac n cheese for the kids

Today is easy. It's Ash Wednesday ==== Cheese Pizza, and every Friday from now until Easter. Even though I really want a Hamburger right now.

I made a Lamb Sherba (Sherba=Soup)

Few green onions
Bit of lamb (with bones)
green peas (about that many )
some soup-ish pasta (tiny tiny tiny)
1/3 can concentrated tomato paste
bit of black pepper & salt (DoH!)

Put in pot, add water, BOIL, add pasta then simmer until done! Easy Peasy

Ha! A friend of mine is having a Gold Canyon Candle party tonight, she's advised me we are having cookies, cheesecake, dips and chips and crackers. I'll be all over that.

If she wants to increase her sales, she'll include alcohol on the menu....nothing opens those wallets faster. That's what I do....force it on them....tomorrow they may have regrets...but tonight I'm earning hostess credits I confess I've poured alcohol into the innocent looking punch....nobody suspects the punch
