| Turbo Jam I'm looking into getting Turbo Jam to start working out. I have really let myself go due to stress for many different reasons. I need to lose like 30 lbs. I'm just a bit unsure as to which one to get. I see there is Turbo Jam Fat Burning Elite and Turbo Jam Maximum Results. For people who do own Turbo Jam which one do they recommend. Thanks in advance. |

| I love my Turbo Jam....I just wish my dvd player worked. Anyway. I got the whole package and I've only used the first dvd. The learn & burn is great for just starting out and learning the moves...and gives you a great starting work out. Depending on how "in shape" you are, you could go to the others, It has a total of 5 workouts on it... *Learn & Burn *20 minute *Turbo Sculpt *Cardio Party *Ab Jam. I also got as a additional package: *Cardio Party 2 *Cardio Party 3 *Lower Body Jam *Fat Blaster *Totally Tublar Turbo *Punch, Kick & Jam This came with the bands, and weighted gloves. It gives you a nice Calendar so that you know which Dvd's to use on what days. It is wonderful. I need to lose about 45-50 lbs, and I'm way out of shape. The moves aren't difficult, but they do work!!! I love, love, love, it....now If I could just use it, Until I get a new dvd player, I'm trying to at least walk.....but now I think I'm developing planter fasciitis, which is killing my foot. It makes it painful to walk in the morning or after sitting for a while. I found if I leave my shoes on, it does help somewhat. Which ever program you go with, I know you won't be disappointed. |

| That sounds fantastic. I need motivation. Its hard for me to workout with my fiance around cuz he always wants to order out or for me to take a day off from working out like every day and I usually give in. But if I know I'm not the only one doing it then I can pretty much tell him screw u (but in a lot nicer way, hehe). |

| Let me know when you get yours. At least if you are working out, going out sometimes isn't so bad. |

| I lost about 17lbs since March of this year. I was going on vacation in April and within a month I had lost 12 lbs and the rest has just come off on it's own. I used this site it was great I really should get back onto it but it really does work and theres a great forum on it with lots of fantasic supportive people!! YT Addict | I don't use Turbo jam, I use hip hop abs. The cardio is awesome and you dont need anything other than the dvd and your body. I've already lost 10 pounds from doing hip hop abs. We should have a fitness tracker thread! That would be neat, we could all get motivated together!

| I see the ad for Turbo Jam all the time at the end of my Ten Minute Trainer workout. I don't really have the desire to be that energetic though and it DOES look like it's hoppin'! I just started the Ten Minute Trainer a couple weeks ago. Can't wait to take my measurements again to see if there's been any changes.

| I LOVE LOVE LOVE turbo jam. I use it everyday. I do the cardio party then sometimes followed by the Ab Jam. Then I alternate with the 40 min sculpting one 2 days a week. I have lost a whole lot of pounds, BUT I have lost a lot of inches which is what I'm going for. I am wearing clothes that I never used to be able to wear. I used to do Taebo then decided to try this. I don't regret it at all. You will definitely get a full body workout. In fact, I want to buy her Chalene Extreme set now too.

| That sounds great. I'm disabled and my doctor said I need to start exercising a lot. I think this might help me.
