| Scammed On Ebay. I'm so upset. My 15 yr. old has been saving and saving to buy a new cell phone. He wanted the Quickfire. I buy on Ebay all the time and have never had any trouble. This seller had an auction going for a buy it now of $199 for a Quickfire. His feedback was good - not perfect but good. I looked it over and he had three phones that the buyers had not received but left a follow up saying that his house had been burgularized and he refunded the $$ to the buy and was sorry for inconvenience. Everyone else had gotten their phones so I felt confident it was safe to buy from him. Shortly after buying and paying for the phone I saw that his auction was pulled so I emailed him to make sure everything was alright and to ask if the phone was sent. No response. I sent two more emails still no response. NOW three others have left negative feedback (for the same auction for the Quickfire) stating they never got their phone and that his contact info. is bad and he does not respond to emails. I filed a claim through Pay Pal and I'm hoping my son will get his $207 back. I feel so bad for him. And, for the othes scammed. This guy sold at least 40 Quickfires. Elaine |

| If you pd with Paypal, you will get your money back. I've had to do this a couple of times, and always got my money. It might take a week or two, but you will get it!!

| Contact Paypal and contact ebay and tell them what happened. Paypal is awesome so their is a great chance you will be fine, but ebay needs to know what happened with this seller, accident or not. I just bought something myself from ebay last week and i was so worried that i wouldnt get my order too (and i paid with a card) so i understand how worried you must be. Good luck! |

| Well, I got good news tonight. Pay Pal froze this guys account and refunded my son's money. I was in touch with another mom whose 14 yr. old was also scammed by this guy for the same amount - same phone. She too was refunded tonight. I was really happy for both my son and this young girl. The phone is a phone targeted for teens so this guy knew he's be scamming kids. That in my book makes him the worse type of scammer. Thanks for all your replies. Elaine |
