Well, I got good news tonight. Pay Pal froze this guys account and refunded my son's money. I was in touch with another mom whose 14 yr. old was also scammed by this guy for the same amount - same phone. She too was refunded tonight. I was really happy for both my son and this young girl. The phone is a phone targeted for teens so this guy knew he's be scamming kids. That in my book makes him the worse type of scammer.
