| Do you use Coconut Oil? I have been looking into health benefits of coconut oil and possibly considering using it for myself and the furbabies. The only thing is .... I hate coconut in anything -- does the oil taste like coconut - I know that might sound dumb, but I also know that in other forms some foods taste different. If you consume it, what do you mix it with? Does it conceal the taste? What are you using it for? What results have you seen? Do you use it topically? What about with your furbabies? Topical and/or orally? Is there a brand you recommend?

| I am like you, I don't care for coconut (most of the time). But I do give 1/4 teaspoon daily to TJ and Roxy mixed in their PM meals. I buy online - Tropical Traditions - It smells like tanning lotion |

Also, read the Success stories tab on that site. I'd really like to know if people have really had luck using it to lose weight - that's one thing I have hard time believing

| I have used it in the past for my hair, skin, health. I would cook with it and could never taste the coconut at all. I can't remember why I stopped using it and now that you mention it again I think I might get some |

| Did you start using it for any particular reason? And have you noticed any certain changes in anything as a result of using it?

| My husband was the one that brought it home first. He is diabetic and it is supposed to have great benefits on blood sugar. I read up on it and realized it was also recommended for weight loss and started taking it too. |
