| Does anybody dance? If so, what kind do you do? Last semester I took Country and Western couples dancing and had a blast. So this semester I am taking Social Dance where we will learn the tango, rumba, foxtrot, waltz, polka, and a few others; Swing and Shag; Glogging; and then Line dancing. With four dance classes, hopefully I will get in shape! I had Swing today and LOVED it!

| I took dance classes for almost 17 years from the time I was two until my freshman year in college. I did Ballet, Tap, Jazz, some Hip Hop, Clogging, Lyrical, Character, and did some gymnastics and twirling. I miss it sometimes

| I danced Polish Folk dancing for almost 11 years. It was wonderful, we got to visit many new and exciting places that I would never be able to visit otherwise. We were even lucky enough to meet and dance for Pope John Paul the II In both Rome and Isreal. I had so much fun there! I really miss it! The only reason I quit was because I was going into HS and didn't want the dacing to "interfere" with my social life dumdum Now, the group has gone to Peru, Bulgaria, Brazil... my loss

| BAllet was as major part of my childhood growing up and LAtin dance (Salsa, Merengue, Flamenco, Rumba) for about 9 years before I went off and chose to do my own thing. I still have it in me! Honestly, I think dancing is the most enjoyable "workout" out there that interests me!

| Its cool to hear everyone's experiences. I forgot to add that I did ballet from the time I was 2 until I was 13. I wish I would have never quit. I also did Tap and Jazz many of those years too. I hope I can find a place wherever I move that does Country and Western dancing. We don't really have a place around here.

| Oh, I love to dance, dance, dance!!! I did modern, jazz, contemporary, hip hop. I took Belly dancing and still want to do lots of Latin. I've actually been thinking about teaching dance to little girls.....I was also a captain on my cheerleading squad and I wanted us to do more than just cheer so I started choreographing dance routines...they started calling me Paula Abdul!! LOL

| I LOVE DANCE...I have been dancing for over 15 years and have trained in Tap, Jazz, African, Carribean, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern, Chicago Stepping and so much more. Dance is a great way to stay in shape, as well as relieve stress. I think everyone should try some type of dance at some point if their life. It's sure to brighten your life.
