BAllet was as major part of my childhood growing up and LAtin dance (Salsa, Merengue, Flamenco, Rumba) for about 9 years before I went off and chose to do my own thing.
I still have it in me!  Honestly, I think dancing is the most enjoyable "workout" out there that interests me!
