| I may get started tommorow. Growing up my parents made us drink the castor oil, which was horrible. So putting it on my face is something I would rather do

Oh gross! Why would they make you do that?! Im not sure I even know what it's for!? Ive read that it's better to get a good quality EVOO rather than the store brand...

| I usually purchase my EVOO from a small organic store in our neighborhood. Drinking the castor oil cleans your insides. Its really horrible tasting stuff. Growing up in the caribbean, every 1 had a remedy or a recipe for great skin. None were pleasant

| When I went thru esthetician school, my teacher insisted that the best thing for oily skin was to cleanse it with oil preparations b/c the only thing that dissolves oil is other oil (or something to that effect....this was in 1980)....she was way ahead of her time and an excellent teacher. I've never forgotten the things she taught me and it's interesting that finally these things are coming to light!

| This is very interesting. I have oily skin and suffer with Acne. I am about to be 30 and it drives me crazy my skin looks like a 16 year olds still so I may have to try this. Any other results out there? Also ... let me get this straight? I stop cleaning my face with my Neutrogena cleanser right? I start cleaning with this oil mix and than apply my makeup after I wash it off? I should do this 2 times a day or just one time a day? Also do I still apply moisturizer and my primer before my make up in the morning? Sorry I am just a bit confused.
