OCM for your face??

I use honey to wash my face everyday and use EVO as my moisturizer. 2-3 times I'll use the honey and leave on like a mask for 10 min. I havent had a breakout (only when its that time in the month) but other than that my skins clear! I read this info in "Beauty Secrets of the Bible" by Ginger Garret

Now I have several more ideas......jojoba oil, coconut oil, honey.....just in case the EVOO doesn't work out in the long run I can try other stuff

I finally got my stuff too---------been a few days and I am loving it.

I wake up with a rosy, healthy and non-greasy morning face!

I am also going to henna my hair next weekend---having over a few gal pals and we are all jumping in together. Should be fun. The food and wine won't hurt either.

I also took the plunge and got myself a Diva Cup. Can I just say--"Why didn't I have this the past 30 years!!!"

This is the second day I've done mine. I had a REALLY bad break out the day before I started, so I don't think I'll notice any huge difference immediately, but i have noticed my skin looks healthier, and feels better! Mom even mentioned that it was looking better.

YAY! Im so glad it's working so well for you guys!! You're supossed to see the most results after 3-4 weeks so think of how great your skin will look then!

I think I may try this. Lets just say I am pushing 50 and still have oily skin. It drives me crazy!

Well - I never would have dreamed of putting "OIL" on my face. But I'm very pleased with the results too!!

Okay, so I finally tried it. I was visiting my best friend out of town this weekend and told her about it. She was so excited that we went out and bought the stuff (little containers and all) and mixed some up. She went with a different combination than I did because she's not as oily.

We both LOVE it. It was really exciting to wake up without such an oily face. I've only used it twice now (one night and one morning) so if it's supposed to get even better by 3-4 weeks, I can't wait to see the results!

One thing that was holding me back was that it's more time consuming than just using a cleanser but it really takes less than a minute for the washcloth to cool down so it wasn't all that bad.

I highly recommend this and will continue to spread the word!

How is this working for everyone? I'm soo bad about not washing my face at night. I think it would be working MUCH better for me if I was doing it everyday. It definitely hasn't made my skin any worse, which is a great thing since many of the cleansers i've used have made me look twice as bad!

I've been at it for two months now and I'm still loving it. Really, the best thing I've ever done for my face.

I love it. I'm bad about not washing mine every night too, but I've found this is much more effective if I use it morning and night. I'm still having to use moisturizer.

If you're still using moisturizer, try cutting down the amount of castor oil or adding a little bit more of the EVOO/jojoba oil.

I love it! I have kinda fallen off the wagon for a little bit with being out of town and all, but my face is still looking great! I also recently quit taking BC pills and I was afraid my face would flare up after, but nothing!

I use about 65% castor oil, 35% jojoba oil. Changing from the EVOO to the jojoba has really made a big difference for me. I do it only at night, though. In the morning I use the Purpose facial cleanser. I found that if I did it in the morning, my make up would melt off my face. I am going to start being more deligent about it, though.

I did adjust the amounts and it helped a lot, but I still have a little flakyness (guess because I'm old ) I also found that taking a shower in the morning was drying my face out even though I don't use soap on it or anything. The past few weeks I've been using this on my face while I'm in the shower and it has made a tremendous difference.

Are you using the EVOO in your mix? If you are, I would suggest switching to jojoba oil and see if that makes a difference..

This is all about trial and error and finding the solution perfect for your skin..I had to work with mine a little bit, too.
