| Which would you pick??? A birthday get-away or another Yorkie? I know that is a stupid question but orginally hubby was going to take me shopping and stay at a luxury hotel for the same price as I could get another Yorkie. I want one but have to pick I guess. I fell in love with a male and he is at a GREAT price. Gosh, I think I'm going to go ask hubberz. I mean I can always get him to take me shopping another time.

| Thanks! My birthday isn't until two days after Christmas. I wanted to go ahead and get a puppy now because with Christmas everything gets loud and exciting, I didn't want to scare him.

| Aww you must be so excited and thrilled at the thought about getting another yorkie! I honestly, if I didn't have a daughter, wasn't pregnant again and had my own place, i'd love to get another yorkie (they are so fun and addicting!) but i have enough responsibilities as it is and would probably pick shopping.. but financially i would just use the money to pay the bills! lol.. i'm sure whatever you choose will make you happy |

| When hubby bought me my "new" car(it's only a 1998 but it was my dream car..volkswagen bug with daisy wheels). I was excited but secretly thinking "this could have been my next yorkie". A few months later our Anniversary came up and he asked what I wanted. We've been married 16 years so I said, if we could ever afford it then another yorkie. Now I'm glad I got my car first. The yorkie came in time, it took awhile to get enough money, etc. I think that even if you go on your trip that eventually you'll get another yorkie. Everyone of us knows that if we want another one, we'll get it. If you got your yorkie first you won't be able to go on a trip because it'll be harder to get someone to watch your babies.

| It would be a hard decision. I have two and don't really want anymore. Sometimes I just want to have one yorkie! But its your choice and your birthday! |

| A vacation. Personally, if you have to pick one or the other- what if something happens and there are unexpected vet bills and such?

| I would personally pick the vacation.... My reasoning....for me, my DH works all the time and so if I had the option to spend time on an actual "vacation" (no car shows, no business trips, etc) I would pick that.....the memories and the strengthening of our love would mean so much more to me. I have two Yorkies, two labs and one German Shepard....I told my DH before we got Lily...that if I could have one more small dog, our dog family would be complete. AND I stand by that. Course, there are days where I seen a dog that needs a good home, and I have to really try to stay focused. I know what I can handle and how many I can take care of and spoil and how many we are able to have taken care of when we need to go somewhere. So, please look at all of that! Either way...what a GREAT hubby!!! Lucky you!

| Well we have the money for vet bills. He just said he wasn't going to let me get both. So it isn't that if I buy the dog or take the get away we will be flat broke. I guess I should of stated that. I'm sure we will still go for dinner and just not stay overnight. We know how expensive furbabies can be. Tilly is healthy and we still spend a lot of vet bills throughout the year. They are worth it. Besides, I'm sure he will end up taking me away for Valentines Day anyways. LOL

| Yorkie for me!! Especially, since you just have 1. They will be great company for each other and even if you go on the tip & shopping, you will still be thinking about that little one.
