| Big Move So I never ever have a chance to come on YT but I know when I need help this is where to come. I am moving from Las Vegas from NYC in about a month. I had read something here a while ago about hawks. I was wondering if there is any advice that I can get as far as the difference in keeping my lil guy save with the East vs West coast thing... Anything will be great! Just from stories I am prepare to find him trying to play with a scorpian or something lol This is my first venture away from the city so my mind is running wild and of course he is my main concern |

Senior Yorkie Talker | I don't know how little your guy is, but if the area you are moving to has hawks, then you really can't leave them outside unattended. My brother lives in Sacramento on a golf course and his neighbor has lost 3 Yorkies to hawks. (I know, I asked the same question... why does he keep getting another Yorkie???) If you need to leave them out, then you are going to have to devise some sort of protected area with a cover. Good Luck. That's not an easy move. |
