Dear Winky,

Even though you headbutt me and bite my tail and bother me sometimes, I'm happy you are my brother. I love your company, your stinky puppy breath, and your spunk! You are a good brother and you do well in following my every move. Sometimes you do shadow me just a wee bit too much.

Just remember these three simple rules and we'll get along just fine!

1. I get fed first.
2. I get kissed first.
3. I get first dibs on Daddy's lap. If I decide I don't want to lay on it, then you can lay on it.

Thanks for being my brother and I'm glad I could teach you not to pee and poop in the house, though you still do chew up some things here and there. You're getting there, kid.

Winky had a little birthday party with a few family members. He got more toys and had a blast! Oh yeah, his actual birthdate is February 18.
