| Cup of Soup This is my newly acquired Yorkie. She is 10 month, 4 lbs. I named her Soup. About 10 years ago when my Granddaughter was 4 and my Grandson was 2 they found a lost bird in their garage. My son put it in a cage and posted notices "Found Cockatiel." The kids were showing me the bird and I asked, "Have you a name for this bird?" And my Granddaughter said "We named her Soup because EVERYONE loves Soup. I love Soup, David loves Soup." The bird's owner came and got his bird but I never forgot that story. Her papers will say "Cup of Soup." but they are not important .. She is going to be a pet - not a breeder. BTW ... I am schme.bay on eBay and schmebay without the dot every where else but in REAL LIFE I am Diane. |

| To tell the truth, I wouldn't know a good looking Yorkie from a GREAT looking Yorkie ... I probably should have done some homework before buying one. In the past I have owned a Chihuahua (the prettiest little apple head the planet) and a great looking poodle. My best friend bred poodles for show for about 40 years before she retired. So I was on my own buying Soup. All I knew was I loved her silver back and she seemed to love me. I watched her lay down with her hind legs behind her and thought .. good hips and knees. I wanted a very small one but was afraid to buy one less than 4 lbs. Worried about the health of very tiny dogs. ANY WAY (ramble ramble) thanks for the compliments. |
