No Longer a Member | Rizzo's Summer Cut This is the second attempt at the "Joey" and I think I pulled it off much better second time around. First time I "bobbed" his face a bit shorter than planned Still not perfect but I love the look so I'll get better with time I can't seem to get the back legs right...I think they look a little too choppy, for others that do this cut how do you cut the top part of the leg to help it blend and look smoother? Oh, and I am now aware of a "cow-lick" on Rizz's shoulder, lol. Didn't realize dogs could have those first time I figured I just cut his hair wrong, but I don't think I could get it wrong twice in the exact same spot...or could I??? |

| Deuce looks great!!!! Jada has a cowlick right above her front legs on both sides I have yet to figure out how to cut it there so that it looks right. For the legs, I just use my clipper with whatever blade I am using and just kind of go down with very light strokes and kind of feather it in to blend (if that makes sense) You did a great job I don't have a good pic of Jada standing but here is one of Bogie..IDK if you can tell on the legs what I am talking about because the pic is sort of blurry because of the small size

| Very cute cut! Can't answer any of the grooming questions. Ha ha. I don't dare attempt to cut Rosie's hair on my own! But you did a fantastic job!

No Longer a Member | thanks! This cut is definitely a work in progress, I'll eventually figure it out Rizz is definitely happier as it only takes about 5 mins for his daily groom, and I don't even miss the long body hair. |

Rosie has the long hair. I must say it is definitely high maintenance.

| Oh my goodness he reminds me of my Allie tail and all. I was trying to grow out Allie's hair, but I think when I take her to the groomer this week, I will have her trim her sides since that was what she was used to before I adopted her.

No Longer a Member | Thanks for all the nice comments! I love Rizzo's full tail too, he communicates with it so well I couldn't imagine him without it Not to mention it looks like a little flag when he's running around, lol |
