| Which little girl did I pick? I got to see the two little girls my breeder has right now for the first time today. I had my pick of which little girl I wanted. The girl on the right was born Sept 21st and the little one on the left was born on October 5th. Which one do you think I should have picked? |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Well you SHOULD pick the one that you want.........I will guess/assume you picked the one that would be coming home to you sooner............so the one that was born in September. Now you tell us..................which one DID you pick? And what's her name? When does she get to come home with you? etc, etc................

| She gets to come home on Dec 18th or 19th. I am still trying to decide on a name. Have thought of Gidget, Katie Jo, Chrissy Jo and Jenni. The breeder has been calling her Little Girl or Baby Girl. On the way home I was thinking Baby wouldn't be too bad either hehe. I am going to call the breeder tomorrow and ask the registered name on the mom and dad and see if that helps. Any votes or suggestions? |

| I picked ... I picked the little girl on the right. The little one on the left was just too small for my household where there are a couple of larger dogs. Afraid she would get stepped on too easily. Plus I was a little concerned about health issues for one that small. She had a little respiratory rattle going when she was checked at the vet yesterday. Now I just have to decide on a name for my new little girl. Here is a pic of her for Christmas. |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Awwww Joan............look at her, all decked out for the upcoming holiday! Best of all, she'll get to spend it with you I like the way her coloring looks.....more golden than tan, kind of like my Lexie. Of course that could all change as she matures. Did you see her parents? What do they look like? Congrats on you choice; I am sure you are VERY anxious to get her home.

| Her mom has the same coloring as she does. I saw the dad once but I can't remember what he looked like for sure. I think the dad was quite similar in coloring too. The breeder is a friend who has all the pups in her home. She has 8 adult yorkies. One female has never been bred because of a back issue. She had 4 litters within a 3 week time span. I went with her yesterday to take 10 puppies for their vet check and 1st shots. Quite the experience but loads of fun. Quote:
