| Doggy Carriers--so Paris Hilton---I think not!! Hey everyone! I just got a dog carrier for my new puppy Twinkle. Everytime someone sees it they make remarks like "oH, that is so Paris Hilton".. But I dont think so at all. I am not trying to be like her in any shape or form. I just think that a dog carrier will be super useful especially when taking her places. I don't want her to be exposed. What do you guys think when you see someone carrying their dog in one?

| Ugh, don't you hate it when people make judgemental comments like that? I don't know why some people relate everything to Paris Hilton. One of my good friends is fairly thin and has long blonde hair. She was carrying a really big, trendy handbag and as we were walking down a strip on the beach, some people made comments like "Holy, Paris Hilton!". Besides being thin and having long blonde hair, she looks nothing like Paris. My other friend (whose also blonde), drives a pink Mustang, and she gets Paris comments all the time. Since when did Paris drive a pink Mustang?? I think Paris Hilton has too much of an impact on our society these days Anyways, about the carrier...I think it's a convenient way to carry your baby around, and if it's also nice and fashionable, what's the problem with that?? It doesn't mean you're trying to copy "Paris" or any other celebrity for that matter Last edited by T Doll; 10-20-2007 at 05:47 PM. |

| It stinks when people make comments like that. I think that as long as you don't only carry your dog around it's fine for certain situations. The only thing I hate is when people carry their dogs everywhere in their carriers and never let them down to walk. They have legs, lol and they enjoy walking. |

| Carriers serve there purpose... do not expose your baby where so many others have gone... like in Petsmart and Petco ... it works great ... if they need to go there in the first place... mine freak out, too many smells there .

| I don't know if I've ever even seen Paris Hilton use a dog carrier. She's always carrying her dogs

Since she is a new puppy it is best to keep her safe from other dogs that you have mo clue if the are fully vaccinated. They say that parks and vet offices are the germy places to keep your pup up and away from possible contaminated animals and grounds. I have mine for when Jeter comes home in December just for this safety reason. That and I live downtown and you see allot of animals out and about. | |

| Well my girl does not like them....she actually gets motion sickness in one! Loves to go for rides in the car with no problem. I kinda wish I could carry her in one for those times when I need to have both hands free and sneak her... shhhhhhhhh Have you seen the puppy purses? I bet she would not suffer with the motion sickness in one of those and it would free my hands up but does look kinda silly. Plus she may be scared suspended like that. Oh well, I will just have to carry her the old fashion way!

| Coby LOVES riding in his bag. The only trouble is that he is outgrowing it and doesn't like any other one I've tried. If I put that bag on the floor, he is in it in a flash all ready to go!! When we are out places too, he will want in the bag if he's a little unsure. But I've got two bigger ones that he doesn't want anything to do with. He would rather squish himself in a too-small bag!!

| I use carriers sometimes but I really love my stroller too. I remember when I bought it I didn't know why I was buying it and didn't know what I would use it for, but it has been a great purchase and has been wonderful to have.
