| Tetley's new annoying habit I can't wear ponytails anymore. Tetley the mini-hairdresser will have none of it. I first thought it was strange when the last few nights I've gone to bed with my hair up and wake up to find my elastic laying in bed next to me. I thought somehow I'd taken it out or it had fallen out during the night. Last night I learned the real reason: Tetley the elastic thief! He was so sneaky. I was only half asleep when he did it last night, so I caught him red-handed. He comes up and gently runs his claws through my hair so that the elastic slides down, then grabs it with his teeth and pulls it out of my hair. Unbelievable! This afternoon he took it one step further and started jumping at my ponytail while I was watching TV. Little brat. |

| That is so funny! I've never heard of a yorkie doing anything like this before. Mine like to play with my hair ties, but I don't think they're smart enough to come up with this to get them! You have a very clever little boy. |

| Lol. That's kinda cute actually. Daisy has a thing for them too. But she only goes for them if it's on my wrist. She'll start by licking it and before you know it, she's biting and gnawing at it. Its quite annoying after a while..

| Reminds me of Sadie when she was little! I had long hair when I first got her & she decided that not only did she not like her own hair pulled up, but she didn't like mine up either. She'd steal the elastic, clip, or whatever i had in my hair.

| LOL He's really smart to figure out how to get it from you. Especially waiting until he thinks you're asleep!

I called my husband to watch him do it this morning. I put my hair up then pretended to sleep. Hubby was amazed at how carefully he pulled it out of my hair. Now it's a game unfortunately - and he's not being so covert about it anymore. Every time I sit down somewhere where he can reach my head he's going for that dang ponytail again. Even had him hanging off my head earlier. | |
