watching them eat? Does anyone else's baby prefer them to be in the room with them while they eat? Cooper's room is the laundry room (which is quite large w/his crate and toys) where his food and water is kept and he doesn't eat very much throughout the day unless I'm in there with him doing something like folding laundry etc. He even comes to get me and "tells" me he needs something. So I say "show me" and he walks right in there to his food to eat. If I walk out of the room, he follows me and whines as if to say "come back I'm not done". Then we go back and he finishes. Just wondering if anyone else has a baby who likes you around when he/she eats. Its kinda cute but also new...just began this in the last few days....really likes to be near someone. Just wondering????????

My Chanel is like that, she wants me to talk to her while she eats. We share her food with her " imaginary" friend, called LuLu.. no idea who Lulu is LOL... But it's one for LuLu, one for Chanel - she's a difficult little eater, and very picky, so i do anything to please the kid

LOl that sounds like Buddy. Actually when I pick up his dish in the morning he will start digging really fast on his place mat. It used to say "King eats here" now it says King. All the other letters have been scratched off because he is so impatient. Yes, I stay next to him while he eats. When he is done he jumps on me to tell him what a good boy he is for eating all his food. Aren't they smart? Carol & Buddy

| If Oscar had his way, I would be sitting on the floor beside him hand feeding him each individual kibble... He does manage well on his own though, lol.

Abbie will only eat out of my hand and she will also scratch her mat to tell me if she needs water or for me to come and feed her. Reesie eats anything and everything.
