| At what age? can a yorkie hold thier bladder? My almost 11 week old seems to hold it forever, even when I put him on the paper after 3 hours he doesn't want to go, is this normal? I want to start getting him to sleep with me in my bed, but I don't want him to mess, at what age is it appropriate to start them sleeping in the bed with you? Thanks!! |

| Millie was 14 wks old and was able to hold her bladder for 8 1/2 hours before we got home from work. (I crated her). But she had to pee almost every 1 -2 hours when we were home. So I can't really say for sure. But if you little boy isn't much of a pee'er, I would say you could try it. |

| I've had them in bed with us @8 wks. We have a 12 wk old in with us and our 3 others. I put a fuzzy blankie between our pillows and sleep with my arm around him. They don't like to potty where they sleep so you might wake up if they begin to cruise around. Most nights he wakes one of us up @ 3 or 4 am to go out. This morning he made it until 6:30. They can hold it but they don't have much control. When it's ready to come out it comes out. You need to be trained until they can be. Good Luck, You can do it
