| Darla follows me everywhere..geez This is scary!! Yesterday I had all three of my kids with me and Erin the mentally handicapped woman that I take care of with me in the van and had to run in quick to the Dollarama. I went into the store and knew exactly what isle I needed to go to so I was powerwalking to that isle when I heard in the distance "ohhhhhhh look at that cute dog" my heart skipped and I RAN back the front of the store and sure enough Darla was in the middle of a circle of people saying hi to everyone!!! I grabbed her up and put her back in the van!! OMG what a scare!! If I didnt hear someone say that she could have been taken!!! Today I am going to work with her by getting in and out of the van while she lays down and I will be EXTRA careful to make sure she is IN the van before I walk away... Have you ever had anything like this happen?? Dawn |

| You've had your scare for the week! Glad she's OK. I know how that is. When Kacee was a puppy, she could be on the other side of the room when I went out the door and still somehow make it out the door before me and without me seeing her!

| I know exactly how you feel. I went to the store the other day and Sophie saw a mini doby standing in front of the store. She was so excited. Well when I went to get out I was trying to keep her in and she went over my back! Yes over my back! I was freaking out. She could have broken a leg. Well she takes off to find the doby and my husband jumps out and chases her. When he caught up to her she ran from him and got in front of the automatic doors and ran in the store. OMG I was mortified. My hubby was so embarrassed. I couldn't help but laugh at him for being so red in the face. That was a really big scare. She could have been hit by a car or anything. She has always went with us in the car and we had never had her act that way.

| Tanya, That had to be awful! Funny now. But I have to admit, I do feel sorry for your husband. Sort of... I'm glad she didn't get hurt, though. That's the important thing. Whew!
