Yesterday I had all three of my kids with me and Erin the mentally handicapped woman that I take care of with me in the van and had to run in quick to the Dollarama. I went into the store and knew exactly what isle I needed to go to so I was powerwalking to that isle when I heard in the distance "ohhhhhhh look at that cute dog" my heart skipped and I RAN back the front of the store and sure enough Darla was in the middle of a circle of people saying hi to everyone!!!

I grabbed her up and put her back in the van!! OMG what a scare!! If I didnt hear someone say that she could have been taken!!! Today I am going to work with her by getting in and out of the van while she lays down and I will be EXTRA careful to make sure she is IN the van before I walk away...

OH she sure must be very sociable and must have enjoyed the extra attention but that sure was a scare . . . . they are so tiny that they could easily be picked up and before you know it she's gone . . .
