| Dumbo ears? My baby will be 6 months old in a week, she weights abour 5 and a half pounds but is not very big in size she's acutally pretty small. Anyway i have 2 questions. The first is at what age do they stop growing? in weight and in size? Also my second questions is. How big do there ears get? and do they ever grow into there ears? My baby Rylie has fairly big ears, i think they are adorable and so does everyone else in my family and we all have nicknames for her like, Dumbo, Spoke, her ears kind of resemble satelite dishes (there big and with any tiny noise her ears start moving around in cirlces...very cute). Yes they are pretty big... But VERY cute. Anyway everyone that mets her like when i'm just walking her, always coments on her ears, they always say that her ears are so big, her ears are bigger then her head, I've even heard this one man whisper to his kids look that dogs ears are bigger then her butt. ( and may i add that no my baby has a cute butt also not too big just perfect.) Anyway do you guys think she has Dumbo ears or are they normal size?

| She is a cutie for sure. Love the ears. She'll grow into them and if she dosen't how cute will she be? My Buddy had the biggest head and had ears like that. He finally grew into both although he is 13.7lbs. |

| Kizzys ears are big also. First time hers stood up I had to take her leash and pull her back to the ground she flew so high. LOL, just joking. But my eyes did pop out cause her ears always looks so small to me when they were flopped over. My brother told me she was so ugly I should shave her butt and make her walk backwards and she would look better. LOL, he was joking of course. He and his wife are the ones actually was helping me look for a nice one and he told me of two or three, he would not buy. But when they both saw kizzy, neither would tell me to buy or not to buy but they sure thought she was pretty but said , its up to you what you want but you'll have a hard time finding one prettier as many as we had looked at. Especially for the money. he and his wife have a yorkie 10 yrs old. They both said it was the only kind of dog they would ever have again. they as well as myself made lots of pictures of Kizzy when we first got her home. And he thought she was so pretty. But he is a jokester all the time, so people sometimes if people say things you dont like about yur puppy, lots of people are joking, because the puppies are so pretty and lovable. but she truly does have big ears.

| Awww those mean people are terrible! One thing that will help the APPEARANCE of her ears is to trim the top 1/3 of the hair as close to the actual ear as you can, easiest when they are wet..use sharp scisors, and have a steady hand...then let the fringe at the bottom grow out, and it will make them look much smaller. I had a guy once upon a time with "dumbo" ears...we would pick him up and zoom him around the room sayind "I can fly, I can fly!" LOL...poor guy! I think he developed a complex! ha Becki

| LOL when daisy was younger her ears looked GIGANTIC in contrast to the rest of her body. since then, she's grown into them and they don't appear to be so freakishly huge anymore. as dazzlinyt sugessted, our groomer trims Daisy's hair so it looks 'pouffier' at the top, also helping to make her ears look less big. don't worry about it, those big ears are what makes her unique!

| Her ears are adorable!!!!! Sissy's ears are still big compared to the rest of her. Here she is as a 13 week old, now at almost 11 months and when wet (hysterical looking).
