| Crossing the border... Can anyone tell me what vaccinations a dog has to have in order to cross the border? The only ones I haven't given Oscar are Bordatella and Lepto...

| I bought Peach in the US and brought her over the border to Ontario, I did reasurch for weeks, I get BAD anexiety with border crossings for some reason Are you bring your dog into or out of Canada because rules are different, and how old because rules are different there too...

| Oscar is 8 mths old and my parents wanted to take us away for a long weekend of shopping somewhere in the US sometime this summer...

| Well, I can not help you then...sorry. I do know the rules about taking him INTO the country (Canada). If he is a pet, which he is, then all he needs is to be up-to-date on all his shots. And, since the only shot that Ontario requires you to get for your dog BY LAW is Rabies...then that is all he needs to cross the border. I think it would be beter if you found a sitter for the long weekend, especially if you are shopping, some places might not allow him to even go in. And you won't want to chance crossing with your baby if you don't have to. Just my opinion
