Same Old Story! http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2006160566,00.html To think they are bothering to pass a new law through Parliament increasing the maximum prison term from six months to 51 weeks and the top fine from £5,000 to £20,000. WHY OH WHY are we not just putting these Bastards down...sorry but I am so mad right now...WHY are we allowing these scum to stay alive....the sentences are far too lenient [Admin note: Please note that the article does show a rather graphic figure. Please do not click on the link if you are easily offended.] Last edited by admin; 04-11-2006 at 11:58 AM.

That is horrible!!!!!!! Just think if these people can do this to an animal, they could probably do it to a human.

How horrible!! I am also for harsher penalties. I think that the states have more lenient penalties. When people here are found to cause such horrific acts towards animals, they usually just get fined for a couple hundred dollars and no jail time. I hope we (USA) start imposing harsher penalties that involve jail time. I love my dogs so much that I would be devastated and ill for life if something like that happened to my dogs. My quality of life would definitely suffer and I think that the perpetrator should also have to suffer the same loss of quality in life.
