Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I guess I'd be seeking another opinion from another vet if I was you...? And/or seeing an Internist or GI Vet.

| Sick lady OMG, your poor girl. She is obviously very ill from something and needs to go to an ER vet now. I know it may be expensive, but more so if you do not get her diagnosed and treated soon. She is getting very little absorbed nutrition and probably is dehydrated as well. All this is very concerning and you suggest she is having seizure-like attacks too? Please get her seen ASAP, and let us know how she is doing. So sorry your baby is going through this. |

| Hmm, almost sounds like she has a food allergy or can't tolerate certain foods? I agree with Wylie's Mom, you may need to see a specialist. If she's starting to do well, maybe keep her on what's working but you may still need to see another vet/specialist.

YT 500 Club Member | I thought the same thing before. spent ungodly amounts on 3 different vets because the first one had the audacity to suggest that Chewy had separation anxiety. Chewy would throw up ungodly amounts of food even when I hadn't fed him that much. It would swell up and then he'd throw it all up undigested . Every time he ate. For months. We tried pills to keep his stomach working to get it to digest, we tried special diets, expensive foods, simple homemade recipes, more prescriptions and nothing helped. I'd lay outside with him and just cry so certain he wasn't going to make it through the night. And come to find out the first vet I had went to was right. It all boiled down to severe separation anxiety. Too much change and nervousness. I spent more time with him and kept things a bit more routine and it eventually stopped and he was fine. Hopefully it's something that simple with you and not something medically wrong. Just thought I'd put that out there...good luck...
