| Cody gave his chicken CT Cody has a fav soft rubber flying chicken, it flies because he always flings it into the air. It squawks instead of squeaks like reg soft rubber toys. When I got it for him he played with it for hours and then days. About a week later I had to go to Pet Supplies, they had these chickens on sale for $1.00 so I bought 10 for “just in case”. (But I didn’t tell him I got him more), The squeaker is in the throat and can be seen. From all the flying the squeaker gets dislodged but it can be pressed back in its throat. When it doesn’t squawk Cody will dump it in my lap for momma’s magic surgery. Well it now has CT and Cody is soooo mad. He took every toy out of his toy box looking for another to be his fav, nothing, I had gotten a new one out and had it hidden lol. So he brings me back the CT one, dumps it my lap whining for me to fix it, and I made the swap, he snatched it out of my hands like a hungry wolf, runs off with it, comes back with it, drops it at my feet sniffing & sniffing then starts rolling all over it lol marking it with his body sent lol he could smell it was new, then it gets a flying lesson lol. Does anyone buy extra of their babies fav toys for “just in case”?

| Yes! I have a bag of DaVinci's favorite toy, it's a small plush football and literally the only toy he likes. My 12 week old has a ton of toys and DaVinci only wants the ones the baby is playing with not because he likes them but because they play a snatch and run game. DaVinci only likes these silly footballs, I have bought tons of toys for him and he won't play with anything else. I have to keep a stash just in case. |

| Cute story! Dogs look to us to solve their problems all the time and usually think it's our fault when something goes wrong with their "stuff". Tibbe usually gives me stinkeye when his things don't work! Oh, yes, I have bought back-ups for toys I thought Tibbe would like as losing one under the hutch or somewhere in the house used to lead to hours of terrier-like, never-stop searching until it would drive me wild. At least there is a chance that a replacement would divert him for a time, especially if I'd kept them together so the scent was basically the same on each of them. But he stopped his never-say-die type searching a year or so ago. Hope one of those squeakers can't get outside of its chicken!

| Yes.. his "pacifier". I don't know why but he uses that loofa dog toy as his pacifier. I always have to keep one ready to be replaced. |

| Glad to know I am not the only one that buys extra. My girls all had their fav, but never destroyed them, so I never had to buy extra, besides, there were 3 of them and they entertained each other. Cody is a trip lol, he never had toys with his prev. owner, he loves every toy I give him, I have bags of new toys still to give him. Each new one he will play with for a while then he'll go digging around for his fav. so I am getting to know what types he likes the most. I have found he like long toys to flip in the air, thing is, he has knocked over my cup of coffee, tipped the lamp thank G I was here and was able prevent that. I think I have to baby proof my living room, I hate to deny him toys that he enjoys.
