| stir crazy Its raining and it looks like pooping outside training is on hold for a while. Jack, my 3 mo yorkie needs to relieve himself so I sit here watching and waiting. OMG I need a break from this. Poor little guy now has to poop where I have been training him not to. I want to clean it up as soon as he goes but I don't think I should encourage him to go in his pen. Any thoughts? |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Do you think he'd go outside if you held an umbrella over him maybe?

YT 2000 Club Member | dog I am out in Calif. and it hardly ever rains. I had to build a little fort right outside the back door. Put a tarp over a dog fence and hung pee pee pads on the sides. My boys went out there. I do not want them going in the house no matter what. JoJo will think it is ok and lift his leg on the chairs. Yikes. What we Yorkie lovers will do for our precious Yorkies! |

| Get your umbrella, if you have a raincoat for your puppy put that on him and take him for his walk. I had 3 house broken babies, rain, hail, sleet or snow, I walked them because I didn't want inside, outside babies. Because my new adopted boy does not like the rain I got him a rain coat at pet supplies, it may not be what I wanted but until then he has a raincoat and out he goes. This is the price we pay. I do wish that my adopted boy was inside outside, we had a real hard snow filled winter, I had to do a lot of shoveling for him lol. Hey, remember when you were a kid, how you LOVED to play outside when it rained in the summer, lol. Go for it.
